Returns & Refunds
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it and in its original packaging.
Certain categories of products cannot be returned, including:
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable software
- Specific health and personal care products
To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your product directly to the manufacturer.
Note: Promotional or sale items cannot be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and then contact your bank or credit card issuer, it may take some time for this to be processed. If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received anything, contact us at contact@velviacare.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for an identical one, send us an email at contact@velviacare.com
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
